There are no refunds on our event tickets or event weekend passes.  

If you have purchased an event ticket and can no longer attend the event, you may email us and request that we transfer the credit to another person or to next year’s event.  All requests must be made in writing to [email protected] before February 1st. All transfer requests after February 1st will incur a $25 administration fee. 

Any announcement about the event's program is subject to change. In any case, no reimbursement can be granted. If the person wishes to transfer their ticket, it is their responsibility to contact us to approve the request. Under any unforeseen circumstance, the organization is responsible to offer a credit to the customer, equivalent to the value of the ticket purchased, applicable to a postponed event or date.
